Mewtwo power up ?

Got my mewtwo this sunday. Unforunately it only 84% ivs. 12 atk and 13 def & stamina.
Usually i spent stardust at a min iv of 96%.
What do. you think will we get another shot for mewtwo or should i power him up

Rare candies and dust? If you aren't hurting for either of them you could take it to level 30 so that it's usable, and if you have enough saved up (or you're a hardcore player) you could still have enough to max out another Mewtwo if it's good enough for you, or eventually farm enough candies and dust by the time you get another EX invite.

If it already has Shadow Ball, I'd be really tempted to take it to 30 to show off at the next Mewtwo raid.

Mine's 80% with 11 attack and I'm tempted to do just that.

I would power him up to 30 if you can afford the dust and candies. I just did exactly that with my Mewtwo so I can take down Blisseys and Snorlaxes (mine has Focus Blast).
