IV calculator problem...

So, i was calculating IVs on my Golem since Entei arrived the americas.
A long time ago i apprised a Geodude with 91% (GP calculator) so i evolve it, powered up to level 31, and i just apprise it few minutes ago and the calculator says is between 82.2% and 91.1%.
To mention the apprise of 82% says that the mon is level 32, i did this in other Golem that was 93% when she was a Geodude (L26) now (L31) the calculator says between 91% and 93%, both indicate the mon is level 31, so whats wrong?

I've had similar problems. Here's a three-stage process from last night:

(1) Onix
CP 452, HP 45, power-up cost 2200, caught wild
In-game appraisal: 66.7%-80% with 15 Defence
GP IV Calc: 13 9 15
or 11 5 15

(2) I powered it up (once)
CP 465, HP 46, power-up cost 2200, caught wild
In-game appraisal: 66.7%-80% with 15 Defence
GP IV Calc: 12 7 15
Odd!

(3) I evolved it to Steelix
CP 1195, HP 92, power-up cost 2200, caught wild
In-game appraisal: 66.7%-80% with 15 Defence
GP IV Calc now has no options with 15 Defence!
Very odd!

Anyway, for anyone who's interested in helping, here's a screenshot.

Since you powered it up once, you need to click the "Powered Up" Pokeball to the right of the stardust selector. Doing that will provide accurate values, including the 15 defense option.

You may also want to select your Team Icon and replicate what the in-game appraisal says.
