one more day ... which raikou?

I've had bad luck with Raikou IV's. I will try again tomorrow but there is a good chance I won't do any better. I would like to get some thoughts on which to spend dust on.

I will use TM's to get WC

IV 91.1 12,15,14 Shock/Thunder
IV 89.9 13,15,12 Shock/Thunder Bolt
IV 84.4 14,10,14 Shock/Thunder Bolt

I am leaning towards #3.

I know the feeling. Had to power up a 82% Articuno because it was my best one.

In this meta I would probably pick #3 and keep the other two for now.

Look at breakpoints for raid bosses against which you would use it. If that supports the 91 percent, go for highest overall IV. If 13 attack is crucial to reach a breakpoint, take that one.

Edit: there seems to be no difference for breakpoints. You can go with highest overall IV and still reach all damage breakpoints for Thunder Shock.

The OP is going to change to WC no matter what, I also will. I have:
1902 V/TB 14a/14/15; 96%
1900 TS/WC 15a/12/15; 93%
1900 TS/TB 15/13/14; 93%
1900 V/TB 15/13/14; 93%
1900 V/TB 15/13/14. 93%
95 Raikou candies. Probably take the first 2 to level 30, then decide which one to take further.

Not too much, in my eyes the original poster should decide between #1 and #2, depending on how much they value attack. Break points are what they are, liking what you are powering makes a bigger difference in how much you put into it.

Because he can't be used to defend attack matters most to this pokemon. The 15 in defense mean he will take less damage - thus charge slower than #3

I know there is no difference, sometimes I want to get to 3000cp for vanity/cosmetics. I'm going to take 2 to 3000cp, well I do know 2 is better than 1
