How come Gamepress is stating Exeggutor as great Raikou counter? Must be mistaken for Tyranitar which is missing.

Exeggutor deals high neutral damage and resists electric moves. Tyranitar is overrated in a neutral setting, Crunch and Stone Edge are actually mediocre charge moves, Crunch has high total damage but takes way too long to use 100 energy when you compare it to stuff like Outrage or Solar Beam, Shadow Ball et cetera, and for a full bar move, Stone Edge's damage is underwhelming.
.714x damage taken by all of Raikou's moves as well as all of its move options have STAB for good neutral damage. Extrasensory/Zen Headbutt (Legacy and not as effective as its current and legacy type counterpart), and Bullet Seed are quick and allow for high weave DPS, and Psychic and Seed Bomb still do apt damage and are quick enough to also weave with expert timing. Solar Beam still functions and is the highest DPS charge move Exeggutor has but makes it very vulnerable.
Checked pokebattler. Seems to depends on lvl of your pokemon.
lvl 30 Eggy seems to outperform tyranitar. lvl 35 tyranitar, lvl 40 exeggutor. I'm guessing that it depends on number of charge moves that can be used. GP usually get things right so I'm guessing that all in all eggy is better in most cases.
Imo I think (this is just my opinion)
The only things I don't agree with GP regarding raids is the use of dragonite against mewtwo and raikou.

Confusion hits so hard Tyranitar survives longer against C/FB + has a 13% higher DPS-rate.
And against raikou dragonite has a great DPS, in many cases higher than rhydon and golem. Dies faster but it is by no mean fragile.
