Should I max out a Lugia? Don't see why but am bored.

I would, especially considering how many reserves you have and the team you have already maxed. I really enjoy using both of my L30 Lugias and would take one of them all the way right now if I had that many candies and stardust.

I got 2.3m dust and not many high iv and useful mons to power up.

I'm thinking to power up a perfect Scizor with double bug moves. Do you have any experience with Scizor? Is it useful?

I very much like Lugia as an anchor. Has pretty good defensive typing (especially against fighting), great stats and decent attack.

Good for dodging with Extrasensory with the high energy gain, very low cooldown charge moves, and relatively fast quick moves.

DT/SA is my favorite for Neutralling other Psychics (Though Mewtwo takes the new crown for this, it isn't as tanky), Sky Attack is a wonderfully fast 2-bar.

Though its stats are often compared to Snorlax, its charge moves are all faster and its 2-bar gains STAB.

I maxed my 93% 14/13/15 Lugia, but then I came into two other 15 att 93% and a 14/15/14 96%. DT/SA is my favorite but after Mewtwo I may FTM to E.

I currently use it as a general anchor, for an anti-Focus Blast Mewtwo counter, and if I wanna take a gym and just click without looking at my phone. It has good duel ability and potion efficiency.

Overall my favorite Legendary. Makes a great anchor without sacrificing damage or being that "Blissey" guy.

Yes, do it! It's worth the investment the whole nine yards! Lugia tanks gym battles and raids insanely well!

I love my level 34 3217cp Lugia, even tho it's 86.7%. No regrets and coolest looking pokemon ever :)
