My best advisw for you is too evolve your exeggcute with the higher IV..the one with 80% IV..reason being is he is Grade A pokemon compare to ur Grade C exeggcute even his CP is higher..as for the first exeggcute it is worth for you to be a little bit patient and do invest in powering up him to at least 80% of his max CP before evolving..Its worth it and you will be proud when you have a Grade A Pokemon with Enormous CP and Good stats

Hi guys, got 2 exeggcutes.. I'll be evolving 1 of them. 1) 80%IV with 484 CP; 2) 69%IV with 624 CP.
Which one should I evolve?
I only have 1 good pokemon to fight gyms (vaporeon 1900CP), and I want more.. If I evolve 1) I'll get an exeggcutor 1297-1539CP; if I evolve 2) I'll get an exeggcutor 1672-1984CP.
(I live in a rural area, with not much pokemon/pokestop)
