a constant itch

done 20 tyranitar raids, never seen one above 2070. Recent tyranitars have been so useless i've taken to Pinap berrying them, hardly caring if they run away.

Have also never hatched a larvitar above 505 (89%)

Deep down This always bothers me when i play the game. I get excited when i see a tyranitar raid only to be disappointed over and over when it's a 2030 or 2040. I get irritated inside when i see fellow raiders throwing balls at a big tyranitar.

Am i the only one who gets bothered this way when i cannot obtain a certain IV pokemon?

I have one good Tyranitar, but I'm the exact same way with Mewtwo! I'll never be able to solo an Alakazam C/FB crying emoji

At least you've had a ex raid pass, although getting a 76% Mewtwo is almost as bad as getting none at all in my book!

Started psychic-->hyperbeam-->focus blast (used it a little but decided to powerup some Machamps instead)-->hyperbeam-->shadowball!!!!

I'm going to take everyone I get to at least 30--try at least...did this one to save my phone battery, especially on some of the tier 3 solos I try--espeons, alakazams, gengars aren't consistent enough for me (espec w/ phone and network lag I often get). Wanted something I can always count on and try to win on the first attempt

With shadow ball mewtwo you'd probably be able to take down most the tier 3 bosses!

Certain pokemon you get luckier with than others.

I know someone who has a 100% snorlax, 100% tyranitar, 100% blissey, 96% Lugia (only caught 3) and a 98% entei. And he's only level 32. He's infamous in our group for the outrageous luck he gets.

You can't beat noob luck.

Yup if I get another 1858 Raikou I think I will kill myself.

Just do a few more . With the bad luck youve gotten it just makes it more likely youll get good luck . Your next 20 could all be above 2070

For me it's Machamp that I can't get a good one. Every raid I do, they end up around 1600 CP, maybe 1610, and the only 90%+ I've ever gotten was a low-level wild Machop that would take so much candy to evolve and power up, I've never even done anything with it.

Tyranitar, though, is just the opposite. Practically every raid I do for them somehow ends up with a strong one for me to catch. Of the last four Tyranitar raids I've done, one had 15 attack, 14 defense, 14 stamina, one 15/14/15, and one perfect. Plus I have a 15/13/15 Pupitar I'm probably never going to evolve. I just don't have anywhere near enough candy for all of them, because every time I do a raid just for the candy, I end up catching another one worth powering up. I kinda regret not going to the Tyranitar raid my local group just fought an hour ago, because then another one hatched right next to it 20 minutes later, could've gotten 40 candy.

Curiously pupitar is the only pokemon not in my dex (excluding regionals/legendaries that are unavaliable in my region.) Never found a big larvitar worthy of evolving!

Maybe my non tyranitar luck is payback for my gyrados luck (hatched 100% and caught three wild 98% karps.) also have a 98% machamp, ha!

Ah yeah, Gary is another one I have lousy luck with. I have 1500+ Magikarp candy, but the best Magikarp I've ever caught was a 12/10/15 that was already level 30, so that's the only one I've ever evolved. None of the rest were ever worth the candy, and no shinies at all.

Are your talking lvl 30s in the 90s? I have many in the 80s no 90s and sadly many crappy sparkly ones...I did get a 91 sparkly tho
