Raikou not a counter to water

Hasn't been updated. most likely due to it not being available outside america.

I think the lists were compiled prior to the announcement of the dogs, but will probably be updated at some point. I think it's safe to assume that if Zapdos or Jolteon is currently listed, then Raikou eventually will be too.

Raikou is MVP against Vap but it's so much easier to get 5 nice Exeggutors to do the job.

We will begin updating the list once the Attackers list is completed :)
