Anyone ever see this

I can see and interact catch whatever, any level raid, any pokemon. But I cannot see a sponsored gym, it's like nothing is there. I don't know about pokestops, I can't tell if it's not visible. I didn't know this until I was out with another person. They saw the gym I could not it's a sprint gym.

There you go, I knew someone would have the answer. Thanks, it was made for a nine year old. Any way to allow it to see them? I guess it won't matter once Mew Two is out for everyone.

Will this fix it though? I've seen a thread before with this problem, somebody suggested the response you gave, and somebody else (I think the OP of said thread) replied and said that didn't fix it, and a third user suggested that it may be an issue related to PTC accounts?

I don't think clearing the cashe on the phone would correct it as there are other accounts used on the same phone that are fine. So it's blocked on the server, maybe logging in to the PTC web site would allow me to change the birthday year.
