Anyone else notice lapras got a new look?

I don't see any difference.

Yup, some of the 3d sprites got updated today. It's most noticeable for pokemon with that dead fish glare in their eyes (like Dragonite!) before. That's been fixed.

I even thought it was a shiny Lapras.

looks the same to me i did notice that the crit animation is more colorful i saw a green starbust come toward me today, also some are more fancy when they burst out, overall more colorful bursts too.
