Dragonite with legacy moveset

What should I do with Dragonite 48cp and 63iv (7a10d10s - this is only avarage of all possible iv combinations)
Move set - dragon breath + HB
I have enought dust to power him up and also more than 400 candy. I have enought CTM too.
Thank you for your answers.

Is he your only Dragonite?

DB is an awesome move but considering the low level and poor IVs of your Dragon, you'd better find another one or evolve a better dratini.

HB is the worst charge move so you'd better save your candies and precious dust for another candidate ;-)

Transfer.

Not worth it, unless it is 100%.

Save it in case trading ever comes. I would never under any circumstamce get rid of a final evo legacy moveset mon

I think the main uses would be Db/O to sweep through gyms and Db/Hur to attack Machamp raids. If you already have attackers that fill those roles, might just hold onto it to see if some later moveset change makes it more desirable.

The legacy quick move makes this one worthwhile. Dragon Breath is a cool move, which is both strong and so quick that dodging is virtually unhindered. Add the distinctive animation and you have an attack that is fun to use. The low IV make little difference on an attacker with such high base stats. So if you have candy and dust to spare, power him up by all means. I would change the charge move - it is not legacy and both alternative options are way better.
