Can you catch Raikou using a Nanab berry?
I've had excellent success using Nanab berries on the legendary birds. I tried using them on Raikou and haven't had great success.
Yesterday, I did a raid and got 7 balls. I used a Nanab berry on the first try. I threw and excellent curved ball and he jumped out after the first shake. Then I used a golden razz berry and Raikou proceeded to jump over the next 6 balls!!! LULZ!
Today, I did another raid. I got 11 balls. I again decided to use the Nanab berry. The first 5 throws were Nanab berry + excellent curve throws and he jumped out all of them. I then used a golden razz berry and after 2 misses was able to catch him on a great curved throw.
Nanab berries don't work on this Pokémon or just bad luck?

I think the increased catch rates that people are seeing is due to being able to have their pokeballs connect instead of having the boss jump or attacks.
As an example, someone who has 10 throws and uses golden razz on all might only hit 5 of them if they don't time their throws properly, while using nanabs lets them hit all 10 balls, and that's why they believe it increases catch rate, as 10 decent throws might have better odds than 5 really good throws.
So nanabs don't directly increase catch rate of each, but they indirectly increase it by giving you more times to roll the dice, so to speak.
My guess would be nabnabs should work. I have been catching Suicune with them (I live in Asia, that is our beast at the moment) so unless there is something unique about Electro Dog regular berries should work. My experience with regular berries on legendaries is that the catch rate is much better than most would think. I have been saving gold raz for Mewtwo and only use GR for very high IV hounds
