These are my fighters (fighting types). IVs are A/D/S.
Machamp:

I have 50 Machop candy and 366 Poliwag candy. My main source of Machop candy has been pinapping solo raid Machamps (20 candies). Poliwag candy isn't that much of a problem, I can farm it any time.
Which of the Machamps and Poliwraths should I TM or power up?

Whats your stardust like? And how often do you think you do Machamp raids?
Because if you're low on dust but Machop candies are not a problem for you, consider evolving the Machop even though it's attack IV is not that great.
On the other hand, if Machamp raids are not too common and you have lots of dust, instead of evolving a Machop, you could almost power up 2 Machamps from level 20 to 30.
As for Poliwrath, personally I would not use any charge TMs on them. I have too many fast TMs and nothing to use them on, but you might be in a different situation to me.
They're nice against Fire Blast Tyranitars, as there are often times I get the dodge glitch with my Machamps, but I wouldn't power one up because I won't use them anymore when I eventually have 6 Machamps.
I'm often low on stardust, as I'm powering up my Dragonites, Tyranitars, 100% IV Alakazam, and SC/ShB Gengar as soon as I get stardust. I just realised I've been neglecting my Machamps.
Luckily I don't need to power anything for Suicune, as I already have a forest of Exeggutors, which do fine against any moveset except bug hidden power. I just send 6 Exeggutors for Suicune raids.
