What was the PoGo notification about ?

Had had a notification about Legendaries. I could only ready part of it as it wouldn't fit on my screen.

I clicked it however and it just...took me to the game and thats it, so I dont know what it was actually telling me.

Anyone else get it and manage to actually read the entire message lol ?
