Samsung S8 vs S8+ for PoGo

Planning on upgrading soon.
To the Samsung Galaxy S8.

The question is, stick to a more familiar/normal sized phone.
Or go for larger phone and get the Plus.

Just wondering how the S8 Plus is for Pokemon go and in general everyday usage. Is it an all round better experience? Slightly awkward at times?

Anyone here with expeirence with either phone?

The S8 plus isnt like...too big or anything is it ? XD not sure how having such a bigger phone would affect general gameplay....throwing balls, playing one handed and reaching all the buttons etc.
(Is it possible to play one handed with it?)

Ive seen the two phones in person and im definitely drawn to the much more impressive S8 plus. But just want to make sure its not a mistake and feels 'too large'.

Anyone who has one,
Let me know your opinion
Cheers

I have the s8+ and I don't have big hands, so I can't use it one hand. The game is smooth and throwing ball is easier because of the bigger screen

I have the S8+. It's AMAZING. The +30% longer battery life alone is worth it, especially for playing Pokemon Go. Smooth gameplay, never overheats.

Regarding the size considerations, nobody can give you the "right" answer. The only recommended way is for you to try it out in a carrier store.

yeah I have seen and used them both in a store (while they are secured with a wire/cable however)

it gives an idea of how they feel..but its still not quite what it will be like once you get on totally hands free..using it daily outside.

I know i cant get a for sure answer, but was just curious is anyone actually owned one and regretted it due to the size.

They are identical in everything, except size and battery. S8 is 3000 mAh, S8+ is 3500 mAh, so 17 % more battery. Either one will be buttery smooth, my fiance has the S8+.

I still have an older S5, but would like to upgrade soon. Has anyone gone from S5 to S8, how much better is it?

pretty sure its going to be a big difference.

I mean, if you had a S7 and considering going one better to the S8 then its not the biggest, but still better.

but I think the S5 to S8 is definitely a more than worthy upgrade
