Best Candidates for Fast TM

What could be interesting mons for a Fast TM? Aside of SW Dragonite, IT Tyranitar, BP Machamp..
(Steel sucks ?)

Mud Slap Golem since Golem's niche lies in Rock Throw. I wouldn't call these choices interesting since one move is clearly superior than the other.

Don't bother with mud-crap.

Any mon that is usefull with a different fast attack.

Some things I have done:

Rock Smash Rhydon, ZH Blissey (I wanted an anchor), ZH Espeon (I know it's just as good but for the way I use it without dodging, might as well use confusion), Ember Flareon, Tackle Donphan, Volt Switch Jolteon, Snarl Arcanine, Metal Claw Kingler, Mud shot omastar, Razor Leaf Venusaur, Dragon Tail Lugia, Acid Vileplume, Ember Charizard (legacy but sucks), Bubble Poliwrath, Bite Blastoise, Blite Cronat...think that's it (?)

How on Earth are you changing craps? Okay, unless you are swimming in Fast TMs. Flareon? Evolve another one. Rhydon? Come on, it is good against Tyranitar. Jolteon? Unless it has Thunder, or it is a great defender. Poliwrath? Rock Smash doing neutral damage is a below average move. Crobat? Zubats are everywhere. Blastoise? Not that bad. Arcanine? Snarl is arguably better than Fire Fang due to its wider type coverage.
