Critical Catche "Nuzlocke"

I don't know if any of you watch original Pokemon videos (games on Gameboy, DS, 3DS, etc.) on the YouTube, but the idea of a Nuzlocke got me thinking of how that could apply to Pokemon GO.
We all know critical catches are fairly rare. You maybe get one or two at day. If a player started a new account and only used the Pokemon it caught via critical catches for battling and defending. The others could still be used for xp and candy, but not for anything more. AND, just because you caught one Dratini critically, doesn't mean that every Dratini after could be used. Additionally, egg Pokemon would have to be tossed. If a player wanted to follow a Nuzlocke format, they could transfer every fainted critical Pokemon they had. I feel like that would be a little too difficult though.
I don't know if this idea had been proposed before, but I thought it could be kind of interesting. Thoughts?

But how would you apply the if a Pokemon faints, they are dead? Because that would basically make it impossible in Pokemon Go

That's why I mentioned I didn't think you should have to transfer your fainted Pokemon. It would be way to difficult in Pokemon GO.

My bad, I just read the post too quickly. However the absence of this rule kind of defeats the point of a nuzlocke though.
