TM's no longer dropping?

I got a fast TM from a Muk raid today

They drop less frequently, at least for some of us. I got several fast TMs over the weekend (after going over a week with none) and got one charge TM yesterday. So yes, they're still out there.

Fast from a Lapras today. We majorly undermanned it, so I fainted right towards the end--8 balls. If you are getting 12 balls in some of these raids, you'll get some of the better rewards...eventually

Potions diluted rewards a bit since you may get "bundles" of various potions now (before, it was just revives...)...

Best to raid with same team and small groups ideally...

Did 3 bird raids this morning and received a TM for each(1 FTM and 2 CTMs).
On a side note only got 3 GR's from one and none from the other 2 and I think 12 RC total which is way above my average lately. Since the rewards change Ive been averaging a little less than a TM per level 5 raid maybe .75 per vs over 1 per raid or 1.25 per before. I used to get 2-3 TMs in a single raid regularly and recently have only got 1 at a time.
Getting to the raid early and getting a group together to max rewards is extremely helpful. I usually get 10+ balls and thats probably why my drop rate is so juicy.

Soloed a gengar and my first arcanine, combined haul: 5RC, 12 potions, 3 GR......7000xp

Got 1 fast 1 charge for Zap today! Got 15 rare candies for soloing gengar yesterday! They are there but certainly not as many before.

I’ve found they’ve been dropping significantly less than before the reward changes. I’ve been getting 0 charge TMs for the longest time.
