Possible bug?

Did ANYONE see a Tyranitar raid-boss today? I didn't, even on my tracker, and usually see three to four. I don't know what would cause a bug like this, if it even is one. Perhaps ahead of a raid-boss swap (he got pulled early)?

He is around...but all raids seem to have been reduced in numbers.
I can actually attack a couple of gyms, without them all being under raid conditions.

If all you were looking at is TTar then it will seem he has had his regularity lowered - but it is not just TTar, it is all raids.

Saw a couple right next to each other today. More than likely just a coincidence - I don't think there's any reduced frequency of raids in general or Tyranitars in particular. (Source: was keeping an eye on my local raid scanner all day today)
