ES to Bullet Seed;
Two Exeggutors first. Then Jolteons. Then two Vs;
Then you'll be good to go. May it be a Water Pulse one.
It's easier that you think.

Bullet seed sucks so much, all the psychic fast moves are better even when grass has single type advantage and psychic is neutral.
And ES charges Solarbeam fast enough.

He has a point about the exeggutor placement though. I always place mine in the front, at least one, because I find many times I get KO'd while either more than halfway charged up or while mid-animation, prior to damage execution.

I like exeggutor in the front because I know the boss will have less energy stored up. I also prefer SeB > SoB in raids because it takes 2.1s vs 4.9s cooldown, it can be fired off more frequently, and it requires 1/3 the energy cost

Change RL to VW, it is far too risky.

I have a level 20, IV 87 (A14) VW/SoB. I have only one RL/SoB and one VW/SoB with good enough IVs. (I have another bad IV RL/SoB one)
Nope, I won't TM my only RL/SoB with good IVs.

With that team you should have enough. I'd probably drop either a Jolteon or the plume if up against HP(whichever you find more glassy). My personal preference is to end with Dnite, so I end with a multibar charge move mon.
