Machamp fast TM question

I caught a Machamp (only my second ever) in a raid yesterday.

Level 20, 97.8 IV (14 att, 15 def, 15 hp) with Bullet Punch/Dynamic Punch.

I have only 2 fast TMs in the bag. Is it worth using one, or both, on this beast?

Great catch, I'd totally do it if I were you. It was my first fast TM as well (on a 15/14/15 machamp with bullet punch/dynamic punch)

Without a doubt worth doing...just don't need to do it right now (Unless you are going to put a lot of dust into it right now). It'll only take 1 Fast TM, Machamp's only two fast moves are Bullet Punch (lacking) and Counter (ideal)

Actually, the main point is Dynamic Punch. It is just like Bubble on Poliwrath, however, Bubble is slightly better due to STAB. It worths, but there are some better targets like SW Dragonites and IT Tyranitars, which will be very useful against Mewtwo.

Absolutely. A great Mon with the optimal charge move and the crap fast move is what fast TMs are for.

"Crap fast move" isn't very appropriate. A better word would be "inferior".
Steel Wing is the highest DPS fast move in PoGo. It is in no way crap.
But it is inferior to DT for Dragonite because of lacking STAB.

Click twice on the header for the DPS column.

Dragon Tail is second highest DPS by just a small margin and has higher EPS. So after adding in STAB and energy gain, Dragon Tail is a much better fast move than Steel Wing for Dragonite.

You won't need to use both...there are only 2 fast move possibilities, so you are guaranteed what you want from a single TM.

I would prefer to have 15/0/15 than 14/15/15 when am using Machamp as attacker, stat def doesnt have matter. And attack 15 is very important. Check damage calculator, why.

That doesn't mean a 14 attack IV Machamp is worthless though. Worst case is it requires an extra power up.

When you consider what's already been invested into a high level Pokemon (35+), another power up is quite minor to the total cost.

Wow, that's totally incorrect. Even a moderately higher def lets you last longer in a fight, and a deficiency of 1 att IV can be easily made up a single additional power up.
