Strange happenings at the gym
My wife and I went for a poke-walk after work this afternoon, just to spin a few stops and take over a couple of gyms.
All was going well. We took our third gym of the afternoon, put the mons in, fed, spun and left. About 15 minutes later I got a notification that my wigglytuff had fought hard and had come home. The weird thing is that my wifes mon was still sitting in the gym, by itself, fully motivated. It was still there four hours later.
I think of at least one way that only one mon could be kicked out of a gym, but it's all a bit odd. Has this happened to anyone else?

My guess is someone was getting hit with the endless network errors, and gave up trying to take down the gym. Most of the time when I fight in gyms now, I can only beat one defender at a time, at best, before it errors me out of the gym and makes me start over. That frequently means I kick the defenders out one at a time, and sometimes it's just not worth bothering to finish when the game is acting so glitchy that it's clearly going to take an hour to finish off a single gym.
