Are You Powering Up Blissey Anymore?

So I've got one 3K+ Blissey and another one at L20 with good IVs but not great moves (P/P). There's not really much point in powering them up anymore, is there, unless I somewhat enjoy making people work a little harder for their gym conquests?

The big one is fine where it is; I'm specifically asking about the little one. Changing the fast move is easy enough, and a Charged TM would result in a better move, but it's probably not worth the Stardust, is it? Where is everyone else on this subject? Thanks!

No, especially now that there isn't the countdown egg before raids (not that gym control bonus ever worked).

I did during the latest dust event, I had 3 Blisseys above 2650, now I have 4. Yeah gym control bonus is bogus. Blissey works to an extent, but unwanted golden berries aren't flying into my bag

Blissey are the only defenders I am investing dust into these days. I got around 6 between 2000-3000 CP and are the first one to out in gyms when I can.

I have 2 Blissey, but that's probably all I ever need.

The first one is a ZH/DG which I dump into gyms, the second one is P/HB that I use to anchor but I sometimes put it into a second gym.

The two usually work together and gets me the 50 coins.

I have a 98% Blissey at level 29, 2661 CP, with P/DG and I haven't powered up since the gym demotivation accelerated. I got a Snorlax with 96% IVs that I caught during a raid, and I have just left it. I don't see much of a point to power up gym defenders and have focused my dust on raid attackers.

I've powered up some rubbish in my time but i'm happy i've never powered blissey up. Until the defense meta has some value there's no point.

One of my Blisseys are 39...Zh/DG...

Still great to waste people's time if I choose to and Golden the heck out of it for an hour...I tend to do this in farther gyms as not to piss of local people I raid with.

It's A LOT EASIER to max them out if you played in the previous meta and they were already maxed so it takes less dust to keep it maxed....

I have another that is P/HB that I will level as well to get to the next Mewtwo break point to anchor against Shadow Ball...(back to near 700k dust so won't take much to even max and I have the candies)...

TL:DR - Max high level ones since it won't cost much...and don't max low ones unless you are swimming in candies and dust.

Wanted to add that it's one thing to fight a Rhydon 3x, but another to fight a Zh/DG Blissey solo 20x if you keep Golden Razzberrying it every 2 fights...That first fight, they are fighting a near 3200 Blissey so it will take a solo player near the 100 seconds to beat and low (< 25) players simply can't win...

Also, with how raids are, I've noticed a LOT of low level raiders are low on potions (this may change with potion drops now) and won't want to waste it beating your maxed out Blissey...

Of course, high levelers can care less and may choose to waste 30-60 minutes trying to waste your berries...(I'm sitting on ~400 potions myself).

Yes, I am. I have 4 Blissey. Two at level 35, one at level 32. I plan to bring the 4th at level 32 as well (currently 28). I don't plan on power them up further after that - nor evolve more Chansey.

I use them a lot. To work towards gold badges and to fight spoofers.

My new plan is to only put somewhat effective but interesting things in my nearby already gold gyms (Ampharos, Scizor, Lapras). My 4 Blissey are going to branch out and maybe get other trainers on my team to think about also getting more badges

I wish I could unpower Blissey and get back a portion of my stardust I wasted on it.
