I caught a wild Dragonite today. It was a level 20, 1969 CP, 67% IVs (ATK: 13/DEF: 4/HP: 13). Dragonite aren't good defenders anyway, so should I power it up?

2) I hatched another Rhyhorn with 91% IVs. Should I evolve to my third Rhydon or save candy for Rhyperior (though gen 4 is a ways out).

Don't evolve a level 20 Rhyhorn, save the candy unless you catch a super good high level wild Rhyhorn and you want another Rhydon***Also how many Dragonites do you have and how many candies? If it is your only one, could be worth getting it a few levels stronger.

It's my third Dragonite. I have 50 Dratini candy and 210 rare candy. Stardust is where I lack.

Well then don't evolve that Rhyhorn! I was at 75 Rhyhorn candy and planning to save for future generations...then a Rhyhorn nest appeared last rotation...I caught an 84% 1368cp Rhyhorn...I couldn't resist evolving it...turned into 2695 SE, pretty good. Well, guess what, I went from 25 Rhyhorn candies last week to 275 currently--I'm not even spending much time at that park b/c of raids popping up. Just save candy and look for a higher level wild. And put that Dragonite in a gym, feed it some berries and increase your Dratini candy
