Transferring legendaries

There are still plenty of us rural players that don't have a single legendary due to lack of large enough group size to defeat one.
On the other hand, I'm not oging to trade away a top mon that I have had to culltivate to get in order to just fill a Dex entry.
Personally, I treat the legendaires the same as I treat the regionals........ They are out there, but I'll never have one.

Less than the best appraisal and I transfer because I'm in a position to raid frequently, even daily, and multiple times. I won't power up anything short of 91% perfection so the rest is sitting idly until I figure out what I'd like to do with them. Idk how I feel about trading them or legendaries being traded period so if I decide not to, then they will be transferred eventually as well

keep them until a double candy event. Same as every rare pokémon.

Atm I only have 1 of each. (rural and need to go to cities to try and cath them) But I'm only keeping one of each if I ever get multiples. They're legendary after all :D

I've transferred at least 5 of each. Articuno was the best because of double candy.

As rare (or not) as rare candies are, it does save you 20km if you transfer it during double candies...

That's my plan, but I only have 1-2 of each...Need to raid more, but kid and wife doesn't care anymore already.

I don't have any, but you know, I wouldn't want to trade for one either - I would want to earn it, either by finally being able to participate in a raid with enough players or by other means (maybe they'll be in 50k eggs?)

I don't care if I don't have every mon in the dex. But I can't speak for others, of course.
