Bug Bite vs Fury Cutter Pinsir vs Stronger Attack

Someone else just posed almost this exact question, but I wasn't sure if I asked it in there it would get much response.

I want to power up a Pinsir to battle Mewtwo. Mostly for variety because I have a few very strong double dark Ttar and a very nice bug Scizor.

I have 2 old legacy ones with Fury Cutter (both just about 84%) and one that has the highest cp - 1880 and best IVs (93%), with Bug Bite.

The Bug Bite one has the strongest attack at 14.

Which one should I power up? Fury Cutter is technically better and generates energy faster, but both of those have lower attack stats.

Exact IVs?

For Pinsir with 14 Atk IV, both fast moves have damage breakpoints at level 31 against Mewtwo:

Bug Bite deals 6 damage. (12 DPS, 12 EPS)
Fury Cutter deals 4 damage. (10 DPS, 15 EPS)

They are both incredibly close.

Off topic from OP, but where do people find the breakpoint info? Is there a website that gives more info and a lookup table? Thx.
