Enough to solo a few *3 raids?

Trying to build up a team to take down some *3 raids, and based on my current Pokemon base I'm thinking that I may be at least semi-close to being able to. My current Pokemon-base makes me think that I have the best chance against Alakazam, Gengar, and Machamp. However, I wanted to get some insight from some people who have actually taken these three down in order to see just how close I am. Here's what I'm working with:

Dragonite, 3198 CP, Dragon Tail/Outrage. May TM to Hurricane for Machamp.
Tyranitar, 3188 CP, Bite/Crunch
Tyranitar, 3138 CP, Bite/Stone Edge
Rhydon, 2948 CP, Mud-Slap/Stone Edge
Vaporeon, 2729, CP, WaterGun/HydroPump
Golem, 2655 CP, Rock Throw/Stone Edge
Golem, 2649 CP, Rock Throw/Stone Edge
Exeggutor, 2561 CP, Confusion/Solar Beam
Scizor, 2449 CP, Fury Cutter/X-Scissor
Alakazam, 2419 CP, Psycho Cut/Future Sight
Gengar, 2335 CP, Shadow Claw/Shadow Ball
Umbreon, 1759 CP, Snarl/Foul Play (Used to hold the line VS psychic types)

....and several others that are far less useful. Here's a list of what I'm considering raising:

Lugia, 2037 CP, Extrasensory/Future Sight
Obviously best for just holding the line, which is not a huge priority. Still, SE damage VS 2/3 of them, and might be worth looking at for auxiliary power.

Tyranitar, 2056 CP, Bite/Stone Edge
Can never have too many Tyranitars.

Gyarados, 2057 CP, Bite/Hydro Pump
Can have viability against any of the three given the right moves, but not really a fantastic counter to any. Also have a flawless Gyarados with the same moveset but MUCH lower CP.

Zapdos, 1888 CP, Charge Beam/Thunderbolt
Outright resists everything that Machamp can throw at it and has good damage output..

Gengar, 1101 CP, Shadow Claw/Shadow Ball
Not as powerful as my other Gengar, but it does have its best legacy quick move and amazing DPS and utility against all three.

Alakazam, 646 CP, Psycho Cut/Future Sight
Will take a ton of candy/stardust, but a 2nd Alakazam is always nice as it hits like a truck.

So how far would you say I am? Have never tried, so I am honestly clueless as to how much power I'll need. Thanks in advance!

Those two Golems will get you a long way against Arcanine Boss. With your level of battlers you are almost guaranteed 85-90% damage inflicted on the more doable bosses, some luck will get you the extra 10-15%. Example: those are nice Tyranitars, but Gengar and Alakazam bring Focus Blast 1/3 of the time (especially need luck on the technical side network/lag/early clock).

Alakazam is the most difficult aside from Flareon/Jolteon which are at least practically impossible, and will most likely end up being the last Tier 3 that you can solo; I've soloed Gengar, Machamp, Vaporeon, and Arcanine multiple times but haven't beaten Alakazam solo yet.

For Gengar, the B/C Tyranitar will of course be the best overall. Alakazam and Gengar will deal high damage but go down quickly. If you have or can find a good Houndoom or two, I'd strongly suggest using that. Houndoom with Snarl/Foul Play actually deals more Dark DPS than Tyranitar with B/C (at the cost of much less, but still respectable survivability). This will eventually help against Alakazam, too.

For Machamp, I'd say you need to fill the first three spots with Alakazam or Espeon. Gengar will deal great neutral DPS with the added bonus of triple resisting Fighting moves. Other than that, just go with Exeggutor and Dragonite at the end. You might not need to TM the Dragonite either.

Against Gengar and Machamp, try to learn the timing to dodge their charge moves with just one swipe to keep your highest DPS attackers alive while still putting out as much damage as you can.

I think your lineup here actually looks most prepared to solo Arcanine, with the Golems, Vaporeon, the Stone Edge Tyranitar, and Dragonite. I'm not sure how good Rhydon is though because Mud-Slap is slow and generates energy slowly. Unlike with Gengar/Machamp, it's better to only dodge when it's crucial if at all against Arcanine to put out as much damage as possible in my experience.

Above all else, check at least the Fast Move breakpoints for each attacker you plan on putting in your lineup to see if a significant breakpoint can be reached with just a few power-ups.

Good luck.

I have found Gengar as the easiest to take down solo. Your two strong Tyranitars are a good start. The team I've had the most success with is:

Tyranitar 3096 B/C
Tyranitar 2725 B/SE
Gyarados 2873 B/C
Espeon 2499 C/FS
Alakazam 2419 PC/SB
Snorlax 2665 L/HB

I like the Snorlax as an anchor because I'm usually pretty close to the time limit and this gives me best odds of surviving and not trying to quick re-build a team in the final seconds. Personally, I don't like Rhydon because its attack isn't as powerful as some other options and Mud Slap is a slower quick move.

At least a Rhydon does more damage than your Snorlax, whose Hyperbeam is resisted by Gengar.

To solo flareon, you need six max out golems and also your skill need to be good. You can find video on YouTube. Even with that, it looks very very close. I have two max out golems and two max out tyranitar and two 37+ vapereon, got around 10% left when the time run out many times.
For alakazam, I have tried one with focus blast and I have two level 35+ gengar, gyarados with bite and crunch, max out dragonite and two level 37+ alakazam with shadow ball. It should have succeed but I have to practice more so I quit when 4 second left and 1% blood left. So I can't 100% say this lineup will ever work. I will try more to prepare for Mewtwo raid.

Looks like you've got some quality mons there. But looks like you don't have enough of them. My experience is that you need at least 5 but up to 7 Lv 30ish ideal counter mons to solo T3 bosses depending on moveset and your ability to dodge.

I'd recommend trying to find some good high Lv/high iv eevees and walk them into espeon. Espeon is good for Machamp and Gengar. Also look for some quality eggys, with double psychic is good for champ&geng, but with SoB good for vape. These shouldn't require much dust.

If you got 2 B/C ttars at Lv 30+ gengar is easy, just need to dodge focus blast (which is fairly easy if you can time it). Fill out roster with either psychics, dragons or golems (in that order of priority).

Don't TM DT/O, much greater flexibility with that moveset(can be used vs any boss), DT/Hu is only preferable vs Machamp. Also, given that FS, HP, SoB, & SE are all 1 bar moves it's nice to have a 2 bar move in slot 5 or 6 in case you need one last charge to finish him off and don't have time to charge a full bar.

Successful vs
Machamp(DP)-3espeon, 2dragon (Hu&O), eggy, xatu(auto selected 7th)
Gengar(FB)-2B/C Ttar, Zam (FS), 2 espeon(FS)
Gengar(SB)-2B/C Ttar, SE Ttar, Dragon (O), Golem(SE)
Vape(HP)- 4Eggy (SoB), Zapdos

Failed
Arcanine(WC)-4 Rhydon(SE), 2 golem(RB)
Arcanine(FB)-2to4vap(HP), Golem(SE), 2Ttar (SE), 1Rhydon(SE), 1Starmie(HP) had him down to 0-1% 3 times with different combos -think it was lag/network errors keeping me from winning

I know I don't have enough firepower to attempt Zam. No legacy Gengar, don't even have any double ghost Gengar (all Sludge bomb). Only 2 B/C Ttar. 1 Low attack Lv 28 S/C HDoom. All Shadow ball Zams are low iv.

Low IV isn't the problem. Level is more important, though not as important as moveset. I have a Psycho Cut/Shadow Ball Alakazam with 84% IVs, but level 30.
By most people's standards that IV isn't very high, but it is perfectly usable because it is already level 30.

You can definitely go for Gengar, with this line-up:
1: Alakazam, 2419 CP, Psycho Cut/Future Sight
2: Gengar, 2335 CP, Shadow Claw/Shadow Ball
3: Tyranitar, 3188 CP, Bite/Crunch
4: Tyranitar, 3138 CP, Bite/Stone Edge
5: Tyranitar, 2056 CP, Bite/Stone Edge
6: Dragonite, 3198 CP, Dragon Tail/Outrage.
I've done it before with lower level Pokemon, but including an Espeon and a Shadow Ball Alakazam instead of 2 Tyranitars. The Gengar that I soloed had Focus Blast, but this lineup is best for one with Sludge Bomb or Shadow Ball.
