Scizor fragile counter to mewtwo?

If I go for no dodging, is L30 scizor with double bug moves too fragile to counter mewtwo boss?

Needless to say you are better off with Gengar Shadow Claw/Shadow Ball (j/k). My quick look at Pokebattler says Psychocut/Psychic Mewtwo doesn't overwhelm Bug Scizors. PC/HB seems fine. Otherwise in many cases comparable to a dark Houndoom--watch out for Confusion/Shadowball, Scizors get wrecked

Then you get affected by the dodge loop, and you lose your next attacker along with DPS.

Well you can at least dodge while your HP is high. Dodge bug only kicks in if the damage undodged would kill you.

Also, dodge-bugged Pokemon still have HP, but can't output damage.
And many players here that I know take advantage of dodge-bugged Pokemon still having HP, and use them to tank damage.
