Best/Rarest Pokemon you've caught that spawned at your house?

Best I've managed is a Jynx...

Hitmonchan, Magmar, Pikachu, Victreebel, omatye, dratini, Clefable, Flareon, Raichu.

At range without getting out, I think it was a Kabuto and a Dratini.
But I've had Raichu, Chansey and Alakazam a little down the street (like 20-30m away), and Lapras within 150m.

Mr Mime I guess, back when they actually rare and not just uncommon. Otherwise it's just standard common stuff.

Day 1 venusaur...

A couple of dragonites
A snorlax (40cp)

The first one my gf said hey there's a orange dragon thing on Pokemon.

I caught Lapras next to my front door. It spawned downstairs in the corridor, though (I live in an apartment building).

I caught Dewgong, Porygon and Pikachu from my bedroom. Once a Lapras spawned near the house, walked 20 meters till I got it

Damn, that's nice.

I was able to reach a couple good spawns that were right across the street of our apt building by running up to the roof. Used to be a great spawn point. They absolutely killed it, though. Used to be lots of Bulbasaurs/Squirtles/Exeggcutes/Poliwags....now all I see are Goldeens, Pinsirs, Krabby, and Meowths. I mean really. You can't get much worse than that.

Best spawns I've reached from here were:
Muk (Still the only one I've ever seen)
Blastoise
Venusaur

By running to the end of the block I've gotten multiple Exeggutor as well

Not a lot of different mons, but a few of each. I've caught at least 7-8 Venusaurs and 5-6 Blastoise right by my pad

Inside my house, I've caught Dragonairs, Starmies, Slowbros, Golducks, and Poliwhirls. Seen in my house on "sightings" (but I actually had to walk up to a block to get the pokemon) have been a Snorlax, Seadra, Ivysaur, Lickitung, and Abra, off the top of my head.

First day 300 cp Blastoise on my bathroom hahaha, I almost drop my phone on the water xD. From that I have catched at home a dratini, a venusaur and some starters, 3-4 bulbasaurs, 2-3 squirtles, I can reach four spawns from my home and have not get anything better in those almost 5 months of playing

4 magmars ( the 4 one i was laying in bed and put my phone oit the window n it pop out it was a 100%IV,
Also 3hitmolees low iv
6 hitmochan low iv highest was 76%iv.

Caught a horrible IV Snorlax that was around 600 CP while I was putting my shoes on and getting ready to head out the door for work. I live in a suburban area of Michigan.

Spawns at my house are generally pretty shit. Best I got is two or three Dratinis. There's a spawning area just 200m away that spawns plenty of rare pokemon tho. I've caught 2 Snorlaxes there and several Growlithes and Bulbasaurs, and there's pretty much always a Squirtle there.

Charizard 2 nights ago. I was about to go to sleep but there was a spawn coming up in 5 minutes so I stayed up!

my best ones were probably lapras, ninetales, poliwrath and muk. one thing that was in my street but not in my house was a 600cp blastoise... which ran away. also caught a flareon once but it only had like 30cp.
