Any IV stats more powerful than the others?
I'm choosing between 2 zapdos'es. Stats A/D/S
13/14/14 (91%)
15/15/10 (89%)
The 91% apparently has 1 more CP at all levels, but it seems to me that if the hp difference is constant, then the advantage in attack will grow ever more important at higher levels? I also don't know if there's any sort of non-linear scaling on attack damage, that makes higher values more important.
Any general wisdom on how to choose between stat distributions is also much appreciated.

Among identical IV % I claim you want the strongest stat to be where the base stat is weakest. For Zapdos the HP base stat is the weakest (180), so this would recommend the 13/14/14 for powering up.
The reason for this is you can strengthen the weakest base stat the most, percentagewise. For example a 15/15/12 Blissey is going to be much better than a 12/15/15 Blissey.
I'd choose the second, 15/15/10. This way you are always giving yourself the best chance of reaching either the +1 dmg done or -1 dmg received breakpoints on the fast moves.
You'll be losing 4 Stamina IV over the first one, which is about 2 Stamina at lvl 20. You could find out what the difference is at lvl 30 or above.
That stamina difference is probably going to be made up for by the additional 2 Attack IV on the second one, which will slightly increase charge move dmg in most battles. He may also take a point less dmg on the enemy's charge moves due to having 1 more Defence IV. I'm not sure.
