TMs from Tier 2 Raids

Pretty bad luck for you even though TM drop rates for T1 and T2 are very low. How is your Eggy army? Are there any other strong pokemons you have now?

If raids start at 162 seconds I think even with a strong army T3s will be impossible.

Iv had tms from karp raid in the past, Im afraid its just bad luck ^^
The higher tier the raid the greater chances of getting tms though, if you can get a single person to help you, you could easily duo T3 and prepare for T4 !

I got a tm from a lvl 2 raid once, I have done about 5 of them, so either I was lucky or you were unlucky. Furthermore, I use the same phone as you, and I do experience some lag like you. Raids usually start about 10 seconds late for me. Have you set your time to automatic? If not, it may help. I have done a lot of legendary raids (at least 60 by now), and have not experienced any crashes from them. However, the lag does make it difficult to throw curveballs at the legendaries, so my catch rate is pretty bad (slightly below 1 out of 2).

I've crashed several times during big raids. Assuming they win: you can still reopen the app, spin the gym disk and it will bring you to the boss to catch it. Usually only 6 to 8 premier balls when that happens, but finding absolutely anyone to raid with for T3 and above makes things 10 times easier.

get rid of that phone. I used it for a year. It wasn't smooth in the beginning, it got uglier after every update. Still, it brought me to level 36. But it will seriously lower the fun. I did raids with it too, but crashes became more frequent in the past 2 months. I have the S5 now, it is okay to play on.

I agree with the other comments that a slow phone will make it impossible to solo T3 bosses...

I tried to do an Arcanine solo with 33+ and some higher Lvl Golems and failed...Also maxed (39) Vap, Tyranitars, etc...

The lag rubber banding will cause you to lose energy and everything is just "slower". Swapping out a team can take me 30 seconds while I see vids of those people who duo Tyranitar or Moltres can do it in less than 10 seconds (not that I need to swap on a solo Arcanine...).

In terms of raid start time, sometimes auto time is messed up (your network time) so I use Clocksync and manually sync my time with atomic clock and now, my start lag (used to be 20 seconds so I start old raids at 160-163 secs or so, but now, it's 5-7 seconds lag due to slow phone)...

Using potions is still slow as #!@#, like 5 seconds each one...Wife has iPhone 7 Plus and everything is near instant...She can also do near 90 evolves during lucky egg and I always get < 70.

They drop at all tiers. Higher level raids drop more items; therefore there are more chances for them to drop a TM.

Flareon Army to get an Exeggutor Army to get a Machamp Army. Awesome :)

rewards are ridiculously slanted toward Tier 4 and 5 raids.

If you are starting a raid with the wrong time, check that your phone's clock setting is set to automatic and has the right time. That is the source of a lot of weird problems in Pokemon Go.
