Exactly! Real punishment was the time I evolved that hatched Dratinti 15/13/15 96% IV (which took me forever to get the 125 candy) to a Dragonite and got SW/HB. He was on the shelve for months until the TM's came out.

A 96% IV with 13 attack state is the worst that can happen to you in pogo... :(

If you power it up near max, then I don't think it makes a difference because of the break point thing (but I admit I'm not an expert).

You are absolutely right! I got the same "punishment" only 13 Attack IV and started calculating against various Raidbosses and fully maxed, and you can bet i will completely power it up, it makes no diffference even against the super bulky raidbosses like Lugia. You hit every breakpoint with 13 IV you would hit with 15, too.

Aww. So sad. I'll trade you my 10/10/12 Zapdos with Thunder for it if it bothers you so much, once trading goes live.

just power it up to 29.5 and you'll do the same damage with the quick atk as 15 iv. This game does rounding so there's only full damage points. The thunderbolt damage will only be 1-2 damage per shot extra with 15 iv.

....dude. Please tell me this is meant to be satire. Some people don't have ANY legendaries at all and you're upset about a 96% Zapdos? If I had that I'd jump for fucking joy. Appreciate what you got, knowing rural players would trade everything they have for it. And by the way, the true horror is when you grind Magikarp for weeks and get Twister, with no Charge TMs because you don't have good raids in your area to get them. Boo hoo, transfer it if you want like others have suggested.
