Worth upgrading 62% Omastar with legacy moveset?

I just came back to the game after a year and found that Omastar is one of the top attackers. I have one with the ideal moveset (rock throw/rock slide) but average stats (CP 918, attack 15, defense 4, stamina 9 IVs). Just wondering if it's worth boosting this up or if I should save the stardust and effort in getting candies for something else.

Yes, he's got 15 attack. Options are limited for double rock sets. You won't get a better one. Max him.

Aaand it may present trading value! I'd imagine a number of individuals would be interested, especially since it was only available for such a short period (6 weeks). Investing in it may pay off in terms of trading

Not worth the Stardust cost. Golem is much easier to obtain and more effective as a Rock type attacker.

I would max it out for the sake of being legacy and because it is one of my most desired Pokemon combined with move set.

Golem is a better option, Omastar will perform decent as well.

Power it up!

It's a bit too late for Omastar now that Zapdos has come out. Rock Throw/Rock Slide Omastar would have been a great choice against Articuno and Moltres. It wouldn't fare that well against Zapdos though.

This. Ask me two weeks ago and I'd be like ooooh baby! But right now? Put it on the back burner until it's aces against a raid boss again (like Ho-oh and Entei)

Ho-oh's solar beam wrecks omastar too. Grass is double SE to Omastar.

It wrecks almost anything. We had this discussion a few days ago.

And this moveset will still be very useful against the other 2/3 (majority) of Ho-Oh's

I can't say I condone spending dust on non wonders, even ones below the 88.9% range.

That said we will be waiting a very long time for a second chance at legacy moves you. I enjoy using my trophies. Boost it to da max YOLO #JustaGame
