Who are the most efficient Pokémon to invest stardust into?
I've been playing since day 1 and only powered up a handful of Pokémon, ever. I'm level 32 and I have 700k stardust saved up and am debating powering up my 91 IV machamp (currently level 20, acquired from a raid). My top CP Pokémon list is a bit underwhelming so I feel like I should do something. My Top 5 are all maxed as far as I can currently go. I have one golem, 55% (ehhhh).
Is it recommended to stop powering up to a specific level? It starts to get pretty expensive in dust.

The vape is strong with this one. lol. But looking at your top pokemon right there possibly need to see more. not trying to insult you but your vapes look good, just not the rest. that Ttar looks amazing! If i were you i would raid legendaries(if you can) and hold off stardust to have possibly 2 level 30 Zapdos. might be like 1/3 of all your dust to do that but those things will be one of the best general and the very best electric until the beasts come out. Any prospects you think you have on you?
Most of these can be used, Kingler is probably never very useful just right now. i find Ursaring with double fighting is good against Lapras, other than him most of these could be useful in more circumstances. Rhydon with Stone edge could be a good 6th for Zapdos, like i said on the other Moltres i would power up somewhat, don't invest to much but over all could be a good attacker overall. What are the movesets on the dragonites?
You want a good Machamp. After that TTar and Dragonite are the most versatile. The general rule is to power them up to 30, or to their breakpoint. The issue is that the breakpoint varies based on IVs and defender's, and their IVs. The higher the level, the more damage they do. I think it comes down to what you are going to use. If you are only ever going to use 1 Dragonite, max it out. If you would rather have 2 or 3, keep them at level 30.
