Charged TM rigged?

I just wasted 3 Charged TMs on one tyranitar only for it to go:
Fire blast -> stone edge -> fire blast -> stone edge.
What does a guy have to do to get Crunch?

You should have stop when you got either Stone edge or crunch besides Stone Edge is better than Crunch.

I never got Crunch that was the problem. I have a stone edge already and wanted one i didn't have.

I guess thats a good reason if you don't have one

I tried crunch on lugia and I feel like its not doing enough damage on top of that its very slow. 3 bar crunch has almost 10 seconds of cool down. you are left wide open for hydro pump.

Not even for a Lugia but I'd like one to solo raids like Alakazam and Gengar.

I've used 4 to try for dynamic punch still just close combat on my 3rd machamp. Might just leave it alone.

Anyone know some juju? I've been spending 2 each time so I can at least get back to a fighting move.

Keep trying. It's all RNG. Sometimes, it just takes longer to get what you want.

My second (and only other) Trex is Bite/Fire Blast. So at some point will TM it as anything is better than FB. Is my last fast TM so probably wait a bit too and power up the 2xdark.

Prepare enough when doing charge TM:
Manchamp: CC-hs-cc-DP, that's the longest I go. Others Directly go from #2 to #1 moveset!

Same situation for me, I used 8

If you are not the proud owner of a high level DT+O Dragonite I would definitely say yes. It is singlehanded the most common attacker for me in the gym scene these days. It is such a generalist with so little weaknesses that it destroys any gym within seconds.

My attack squad these days consists of Dragonite (DT+O) and two Machamp (C+DP). Usually it is just Dragonite and if there is a Blissey and more normal-type Pokemon in the gym I include Machamp.

Problem with Tyranitar is that 1 bar Stone Edge...Most of the time, you charge it up and the regular gym guy is dead...You can use on the next one, but it's more charging after that...for the next one.

With Outrage, it's charge up and fire if it's a slightly tankier mon like Vaporeon or if it's dead, fire on next mon = dead...then usually, you can fire again fast and another dead mon...just seems way faster to clear basic crap gyms now.
