Pokemon whose potential is limited by moveset

Kabutops is a great example of a Pokemon whose potential is limited by its moveset.
Kabutops has a high attack stat (higher than Golem), but the lack of a STAB fast move limits it greatly. If it can learn a rock fast move, with Stone Edge he would be a great rock glass cannon.
Any other examples?

Gyarados will be the best water type attacker if he ever gets water gun

Blissey with Confusion/Body Slam will be almost unbeatable as a defender because he will force you to dodge everything

For Gyarados, bubble is fine too. I'm still hoping Vaporeon will get Bubble so he can be a better defender.
ZH/DG is harder than C/BS.
C/BS is easily countered by Tyranitar.

I just said this yesterday: make psychic legacy and give her body slam just for the fun of it.

Every fairy mon in the game...as we have no fairy quick moves.

The only possible fairy quick move would be Fairy Wind, but only Togetic and Hoppip's family can learn it up to Gen2.

I thought we can have fairy type hidden power? No?

Hidden Power cannot be normal or fairy in main games, so does in PoGo.

Fairy hidden power on togetic?

Omastar now that he has lost RT is in the same boat as Kabutops really. I have no idea why Niantic decided to purposefully make these mons so unworthy of investment by not giving it taking away a simple move....

....I also think it's a reason to save TMs. You never know.

Oh and do any of the strong mons paired with flying type have a flying quick move? Wth?

I pretty much for ditching most of the non stab quick moves in the next update. At least until defense matters again. Like a rock move for Tyranitar or a flying move for Dragonite
