Who to use a Fast TM on?

Just got another Fast TM from a legendary raid. I have four potential Pokemon to use it on.

96% Poliwrath - Bubble/Submission
91% Victreebel - Acid/Solar Beam
93% Charizard - Ember/Flamethrower
100% Blastoise - Bite/Ice Beam

I really just use TM's as fast as I get them. I don't feel like there is a point in saving them and they aren't necessarily hard to get anymore with 5 star raids. I realize that none of these Pokemon are super useful but I pretty much have the best moves on my raid teams. These are just a few projects I have been working on. Which Pokemon is the most useful on the list? Eventually I would probably change the charge moves on the Poliwrath and Blastoise to Dynamic Punch and Hydro Pump.

Fighting types are quite effective these days. The problem is I have every other Pokemon and am looking for something fun to level. Variety makes the game fun. I'd much rather power up one of these new Pokemon to use than my 7th Tyranitar.

There's not a lot to say. Of those Poliwrath has the most use after TM in the current meta.

Please note a couple things though that are just my opinion:

5 star raids may become way less common.

A change in movesets when gen 3 comes could result in a need for a huge number of TMs. Between new mons, raided or evolved, or old mons that are already powered and could be improved (remember when Machamp quit sucking? Some folks like me went months with out getting the right moveset), you probably want some degree of a stockpile. I'll let you determine what that should be but no stockpile probably isn't a safe move.

JMO.

You make a great point but Gen 3 is months away at the earliest. Raids have only been out for about 5 weeks. It's not beyond the realm of possibility to have 20 + TM's stockpiled by the time Gen 3 is announced.

Sure but I have that now in both types of TMs.

I can spend at will now with a stockpile to rely on.

Why not build the reserve first then spend?

Not arguing with you, play the game exactly as it makes you happy. It's just my take on a safer route.

Don't forget plenty of mons you are TMing could also be getting new moves that will be trash too. If we had been able to use TMs prior to now lol at the shit we would have wasted them on prior to the move change. Just saying

Yeah I hear you man and for what it's worth I find you to be one of the most knowledgeable posters on here. You are usually bang on with all your advice. I just kinda get bored leveling the same mons over and over and just wish more of them were viable options.

And I get that. At times I break my own adivice to do what's more fun but less logical. But I can't advise it that would be irresponsible. Do you want to see my level 37 Articuno lmaoo

Kabutops is a great example of a Pokemon whose potential is limited by its moveset.
Kabutops has a high attack stat (higher than Golem), but the lack of a STAB fast move limits it greatly. If it can learn a rock fast move, with Stone Edge he would be a great rock glass cannon.

Fighting Poliwrath would be the most useful. Victreebell is a distant second, only if Bells are rare near you. The other 2 are not worth a TM.

I think the fighting Poliwrath is the best option. A grass team is something I had wanted but it wouldn't have too much use these days with legendary raids. The Blastoise is probably not worth a TM but the moveset just bothers me. Ember isn't bad but I think fire spin edges it slightly.

I would like to have a high IV fighting poliwrath ... I suppose Victreebel if you need another attacker to solo Vaporeon and don't have enough Eggy's. However I've tweaked my 100% mons to get best movesets just because, so personally would change the Blastoise!

having 100% IV Blastoise and sub par move set is similar to having a Corvette but you cant drive a stick. It's just no fun and u can't feel the power.

None worths it. The problem for Poliwrath is Submission, not Bubble.

Charizard. Fire Spin/Flamethrower is the best moveset, along with Fire Spin/Overheat.
Thanks for the downvote.
