Does leg. Raids counts for a medal?

Since legendaries are out, I am doing these raids only and I think I am stuck at a same number of raids.

I did more legen than normal... just because now it's easier to find people.. and for normal not soooo easy.

Niantic has said that it is a bug that legendary raids are not counted. There was supposed to be a legendary raid medal, so they might have coded it to be a separate count but then forgot to activate the legendary raid medal.

At least raid are the only way to get legendaries, so you have a count on your dex.

All you have to do is check your pokedex. It will tell you how many you saw (only see them in raids) and how many you caught.
