Which is better for PvE, Moltres or Entei?

Assuming they're both fighting against a favorable raid boss, which would be better suited?

While Moltres may have a slightly higher damage output than Entei's ATK stats (Entei with 235 ATK and Moltres with 251), Entei has 50 STA more than Moltres. This extra HP gives Entei more survivability which can allow him to use more charge moves, which can potentially equal or out damage the DPS Moltres would be doing.

They both have practically the same move set and DEF. The only matter of question is whether or not Entei's extra HP can outweigh the damage Moltres would be doing. Any thoughts?

"While we don’t know when they’ll be released, both will contest Moltres as the greatest Fire-type DPS. In the current Game Master, Ho-Oh isn’t much of a threat having relatively poor movesets despite its gargantuan CP. Entei has a slightly lower attack stat, but is bulkier, doesn’t have a Flying sub-typing, and has access to Flamethrower (where Moltres is currently limited to single bar charge moves). If you’re in a hurry to get a good Fire-type or are stoked about Moltres in general, we at GamePress believe it is a safe investment, despite future competition."

NB Moltres has 'flying' typing which adds a difference between it and Entei

If you need pure fire DPS, nothing beats Flareon. Although Flareon has marginally lower attack than Moltres, it has better movesets. Just don't go with Ember.
If you need a fire DPSer with better survivability, Moltres is great.
If you need a fire tank, Entei is best.
