Moltres First Try

Not what you think, i didn't catch it first try.... I got 11 balls(This is a miracle, i'm instinct) I missed 3 of them. It may just be me but Moltres' body shape is smaller and i think Moltres is more aggressive with the flying in a circle(doing it more frequently.) After my first observation, i am going to conclude that sure everyone may have a flying and fire gold medal, but in general of actually hitting him at all he may be alittle harder than articuno.

That was my experience too. I've got both gold badges, but I only landed 9 (6 great) out of 19 balls this morning. No catches. I found the distance to be deceiving too.

So True, Because of how thin he is i may have to switch to straight throws instead of curveballs.

I'm extremely lucky as I caught 6 in a row and no miss.

I live East Coast in US so we technically couldn't see him until this morning. I got one try in before work. Good for you though, I can not wait to get one. No doubt i got the whole week i believe! lol

I got 10 balls on my first try, more than half of my thrown balls were missed! I did catch the Moltres on the third successful throw on the Moltres, though.

It really is quite harder to land on than both Articuno and Lugia, and Moltres' circle seems to be smaller as well. 5 of my 9 balls missed. Curse you, flaming chicken.

I've done one moltres raid. There was 16 people there and at least 4 caught it first throw. Including me. Guess we're pretty lucky
