Extended Dratini spawn

there was a patch for extending spawns time earlier November. and niantec always change nests... nothing is new.... except u ^.^

As of a couple updates ago some spawns are now 15
+ 15 mins and then are followed by a respawn which is only available for a limited time and if you didnt get either of the first two spawns. I see this at the Pike in long beach regularly, especially for rarer lure spawns like Dratini. Usually two dratinis will show but when I click on the second one after catching the first I get an error message.
