Which Articuno power up?

I always wanted to power up an Articuno because it is my favourite legendary but now I hesitate because I can't define one with the best IVs. I have the following options A/D/S:

13/14/15 = 93%
14/13/14 = 91%
15/11/10 = 80%
11/15/14 = 89%

I think we can all agree that attack is the most important stat but my Articuno with 15 A has only 80% IV :(

The 80iv then transfer the rest.

Be careful of transferring Trading will become a thing by end of year.

I would pick the 93% If it has 13hp/14att/15def due Articunos high defensive ranking. But since legendaries can't be used in Defense Im not entirely sure how to pick between a 80% or a 93% myself.

you still have a few hours to get another one. if not i would power the 91. its the closest to perfect att and good across the board.

I wouldn't power up any of them. Wait for moltres and Zapdos. They have a much higher attack stat and will more viable down the road. Once you max those two out then I would max out the 91% if you need a good ice attacker. I'm definitely waiting for Zapdos and then moltres even with this guy sitting in the stable
