TM an Iron Tail Tyranitar?

I have max out 2 Tyranitars:
- 3257 Bite/Fireblast (waiting for a Charge TM)
- 3244 Iron Tail/Stone Edge

Should I TM the second one? I have a couple of Fast TMs without clear candidate. I have kept it until now because:
a) You never know if this move will be useful in the future (it is the best move for defense, but defense is no important now and Tyranitar isn’t a good option as defender right now)
b) You never know if a move will be buffed
c) Iron Tail is not a bad option against Articuno, although I haven’t been able to find a group of people to fight it

I want to focus in soloing 3-level radis. A Bite/SE would be nice to fight Alakazam or Gengar

What would you do?

I would get Bite as soon as possible. Bite is Dragon breath for ttar. Btw you should look for facebook or discords groups that post raid spots and show up there if your looking to do legendary raids.

YES. Absolutely. Iron Tail is one of the top targets for a fast TM. Basically, now you have two high level TTars with semi-bad movesets, once you fast TM the second one and charge TM the first one, then you have two badass raid attackers.

Noted. I'll fast TM the Iron Tail one as soon as I find a Gengar or Alakazam raid. I think it is the last piece to complete a solid gang to defeat those two. And I also need a good Gengar o Alakazam to solo Machamp...

Yes, TM the second one. If Iron Tail becomes good in the future, you can still change it back, unless it becomes legacy.

That's what I am afraid of. It could become legacy and good... although the second part is not likely ;)

Iron tail is the 3rd best fast move currently, much better than Bite. It is Bite's typing that makes it superior.

The 3rd after Confusion and Dragon Tail I guess, right?

The problem is that, in tyranitar case, Iron Tail don't even covers the mon weakness to make it a proper defender. sum that to the lack of STAB and the few uses for steel moves...
