How did you do it? I have a 100 iv Lapras and id love to max it to level 40.

They used multiple devices simultaneously.

Isnt logging on the same account on two devices at the same time risk of a ban?

Hopefully Niantic doesn't re-level it to 39.0 someday, or even worse slash it.
