Would it be possible to add a "lvl 30 Max CP" tab to the Pokemon List?

I think it would be very helpful for a lot of people for 2 main reasons:

It will indicate the max cp you can encounter a pokemon in the wild - and will let you get an estimation of how good the pokemon is IV and lvl wise before even capturing it. Many people don't power up above lvl 30, it can help them see how much cp difference there is between there pokemon and a 100% iv one.
