Better fast TM Option

93% Arcanine, Bite/Fire Blast
93% Charizard, Ember/Flamethrower
87% Flareon, Ember/Flamethrower
89% Omastar, Mud Shot/Hydro Pump
98% Ursaring, Metal Claw/Close Combat
91% Victreebel, Acid/Solar Beam

I realize that these are some pretty unorthodox Pokemon to use a TM on. I have been getting pretty lucky lately and don't really have anything else to use it. I will also add that I have every worthwhile counter with ideal movesets and am really just looking for a new fun Pokemon to use. These are all high levels already and don't necessarily need anymore powering up.

Charizard w FS&FT would be pretty cool

FS/FT is awesome.

I would go for Ursaring. C/CC is a strong fight move combo, so he is a nice attacker into Blissey and Snorlax without Machamps weaknesses to psy/fairy moves. I use him in Tyranitar Raids as well.
Whats your level on Ursaring?

Ursaring is level 30. Only thing really stopping me with him is his lack of STAB. I'm slowly coming around to making a fighting team though. Got a Machamp and Heracross to back him up.

STAB isn't as important as it used to be. Type countering is the dominant consideration. Having fighting moves on a normal type is useful against Snorlax and Blissey to avoid being weak to psychic and fairy. He could also pitch in on Ttar raids.
Chrizard is definitely second. The rest are too common and won't show enough improvement to justify a TM.

I agree with the answer right above (for Ursaring). Fighting-type mon are extremely useful in the current meta.

I'd go Omastar if you want/need another supreme counter to Moltres when it soon becomes a legendary raid boss.

Ursaring for sure. I'd TM Charizard only if his charge was Overheat and you needed Firespin because that moveset is awesome! However, as stated above, you'll get more use out of Ursaring with double fighting moves in today's meta.
