I got a bug today which glitched the pokemon and pokeball on articuno encounter.
Which made throwing pokeball impossible. I lost the chance to catch %98 iv articuno which i wont be able to see again...

How to file complaint ticket to Niantics?
I'm having a lot of issues with the legendary raids. Dropping out of the raid, not getting the right number of balls (gym control but no bonus), beat the raid but don't get to catch the pokemon, etc.
What is the best way to file a compliant ticket with Niantics? Never done it before and I'm hoping to hear from someone who has been successful in the past
