Don't think you could go wrong with either. Ice beam can spam more often, blizzards more dps efficient

Thanks for the help everyone. Chose to power up my Ice Beam which had the highest IV anyway!

Icy Wind, nah, just kidding, it should be Ice Beam because it is less risky and does decent damage.

Ice Beam is 95% of the weave damage of Blizzard, but is much more flexible.

so far caught 5 and no ice wind :)

Well that's upsetting. Just got my first with Blizzard. But hey, at least it's not Icy Wind.
