I have found a perfect eevee today. Sadly is a level 10 one. So I was wondering if it would have been worth evolving it using rainer name (never used it) spending dust and candies to power it up. Otherwise should I wait for unbreon/espeon and use my dust elsewhere (poliwrath and arcanine even thought they are "only" in the nineties)? What do you think? Thanks in advance.

save the eevee since you dont sound like the type of player that has more stardust than he can spend. Vaporeon is still good, attack wise better than most of other mons, but its not worth for you to dump 50000+ extra dust to get a 100IV one instead of just evolve a 700cp+ 80IV+ wild one.
Eddit: save the eevee so if furture genaration comes, you will have a head start on gambling to eeveelution some perfect new mons. Or even trade to others who wants to do that.
