Rhydon with Rock Smash + Earthquake

I just only want to kick Snorlax asses. This moveset are good for this ?

I have a 2500 Rhydon with this move set and it works great for knocking out Snorlax. I believe the mud shot quick move is better, but this is hardly noticeable.

Mud Slap has STAB advantage so is more versatile against a range of defenders, but as Rock Smash has a type advantage (fighting) vs Snorlax I doubt there will be much practical difference in real life for that match up.

super effective and STAB multipliers are the same, so Mud Slap is better because it deals the same damage as SE Rock Smash but also has better damage against Pokemon that Rock Smash isn't SE against.

Also a slightly smaller cooldown (1.35s vs 1.41s) means it still does more DPS if you're not dodging.
